The auction will occur via sealed bids only. Bids must be in an envelope with the words “Property Bid” on the outside of the envelope and delivered via mail or in-person to the Harlan County Judge Executive’s Office. Bid documents must include an amount offered for the property, a description for the intended use of the property, and a telephone number in the bid envelope where you can be reached once the bids are opened. The property may be inspected upon request by appointment only beginning March 17th, 2021 until March 24th, 2021. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM on March 25th, 2021 in the Harlan County Fiscal Courtroom located in the Harlan County Courthouse at 210 E Central Street Harlan, KY 40831 on the second floor.
