One Harlan County is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit entity focused on the economic development of Harlan County, Kentucky. The Board Members of One Harlan County represent local business leaders who have taken a special interest in the economic revitalization of our community.
Main focuses of One Harlan County’s work include supporting and growing Harlan County’s existing small businesses through providing strategic planning and relevant workshops and training, fostering entrepreneurship through facilitating business planning, and industrial development.
Working in partnership with the Harlan County Economic Development Authority, One Harlan County works to prepare viable industrial property for new companies in addition to marketing to and recruiting new industry to locate in our community.
